Only one ingredient we use isn’t certified organic, however, our farmer uses all organic methods - they just don’t produce enough to warrant certification yet!

We recommend steeping our herbal teas in hot water for 5-10 minutes, depending on the desired strength. We also provide brewing instructions on each tea package. If you want stronger tea, steep the leaves longer or use a larger scoop from the pouch!

All of our herbal teas are caffeine-free unless otherwise labeled, making them a perfect option for those who want to enjoy a relaxing cup of tea without the stimulating effects of caffeine.

However, we are not health professionals and the FDA has not validated the claims behind these products. Even with each of our herbs being specifically picked based on the research behind them, it is best to consult with a healthcare professional before use of herbal teas.

Yes, all of our herbal teas are gluten-free, Kosher Friendly, vegan, vegetarian, paleo, and organic when labeled as such. If you don't see your lifestyle niche on the list, please reach out to ask.

Sadly, not yet. We are working with manufactures around the world to find the most earth friendly and customer cost friendly option. The reality is, many packers that claim to be eco-friendly, compostable, or biodegradable are not true to their meaning. Most compostable and biodegradable packaging breaks down into microplastics and we are working to avoid this. Stay tuned. We promise to find the best option we can. Until then, please work on recycling what you can. In the meantime, we will be working to offset this cost by lowering our carbon footprint in as many ways possible - like local sourcing as much as possible.

Our teas are packaged in air-tight, resealable bags to maintain freshness. If stored properly, our teas can stay fresh for up to two years. Yet, since they are so good, we doubt it takes you that long to drink them up!

We recommend that you consult with your healthcare provider before consuming any herbal teas while pregnant or breastfeeding. For our items with licorice, please adhere to the daily recommended dosage.
