Happiness is Key

At Enlightened Tea, we are committed to sustainability and minimizing our carbon footprint while also giving our customers a happiness guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy when suitable. Please reach out to us after reading our returns and refunds policy below.


Returns

With all food products, we can’t accept returns of opened goods. The FDA guides our hands on this one. If it is opened, please gift it to a friend that may enjoy a tea drinking experience.  

Additionally, in order to minimize our carbon footprint, we prefer to not have products sent back to us if they are small orders. In this case, a refund can be given when suitable. 


We accept returns within 20 days of the original purchase date. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@enlightenedtea.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will assist you in processing the return and provide you with further instructions.


Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition as they were received. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval for your refund. We will process a refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days upon receiving the return item. 



Refunds

Remember, happiness is key, so please, work with us to help make a great customer experience. In the small chance you don’t like your product, please reach out to us at support@enlightenedtea.com or go to our Contact Us Page. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. We would love to learn about your experience in order to better serve you in the future, so please, reach out with questions, comments, and concerns. 



Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.



Sustainability Efforts

To minimize our carbon footprint, we encourage customers to keep their original packaging and reuse and/or recycle it. And guess what, we are making moves to a more sustainable packaging design!
